  • ½ medium banana
  • 1 tea bag of green tea

  • ¾ cup vanilla soy milk (calcium fortified light)
  • 2 tsp. honey

Method:

  • Pour water in a small bowl and steam it up in the microwave. After that, add the tea bag in the hot water and allow it to brew for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take the tea bag out and add some honey. Stir until fully dissolved.
  • In a powerful blender, add the banana, milk, blueberries, green tea and some ice.
  • Blend everything together until smooth. You can also add some water if needed.
